Carol Locher Ransone, Ph.D., is the founder and principal of The Ransone Group, LLC. Ransone is an experienced operational, project, and change manager. She is results oriented and builds strong partnerships across diverse groups. The focus of her dissertation was virtual work environments. She is experienced in managing in a virtual work environment and leading organizations to effectively incorporate alternative work options. A Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional, Ransone uses team-building and partnering skills to achieve success. Ransone leverages knowledge obtained from a broad professional experience in finance, human resources, and real estate businesses as well as integration across all Lines of Business within Bank of America. Additional areas of expertise include manufacturing, customer service, marketing, and sales. She has a strong talent for integrating technology and streamlining processes to build quality operational and administrative functions. A hallmark of Ransone’s career is to effectively balance quality, speed, and resources to build effective and efficient processes. Ransone is an MBA graduate from Queens University in Charlotte NC and received her Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University.
