Carol Locher Ransone, MBA, Ph.D., is the founder and principal of The Ransone Group, LLC. Ransone is an experienced operational, project, and change manager. She is results oriented and builds strong partnerships across diverse groups. The most recent focus of her career is in virtual work environments and leading organizations to effectively incorporate alternative work options. A Six Sigma Green Belt Certified professional, Ransone uses team-building and partnering skills to achieve success. Ransone leverages knowledge obtained from a broad professional experience in finance, human resources, and the real estate businesses as well as integration across a variety of industries, including financial services, textile manufacturing, government, and the energy businesses. A hallmark of Ransone’s career is the effective balancing of quality, speed, and resources to build effective and efficient processes. Ransone is an MBA graduate from Queens University in Charlotte NC and received her Ph.D. in Leadership and Change from Antioch University. The focus of her dissertation was virtual work environments and the influence of relationship. Ransone recently completed 2014 AACSB Bridge Program with the goal to follow in her grandparent's footsteps in the field of education.
